HBO Max Expected

Paramount Skydance's acquisition of Warner Bros. The five-year consent decree is behavioral only, with no divestitures, and still requires a judge's sign-off. Paramount's chief executive said the deal would close about two weeks after the settlement. The antitrust trial previously scheduled for March 2027 is no longer expected to proceed. Pricing for any combined service has not been announced.
